For a long time, many of our riders and racers has been asking about the possibilities of racing at the Shanghai F1 Circuit, but despite our continuous effort, nothing has happened and we all got really frustrated.
長期以來，有許多會員和車手詢問在上海F1賽車場舉辦比賽的可能性，儘管我們堅持不懈的努力，卻沒有任何結果，令所有人都感到極之無奈。
Now, we finally have the rare opportunity to stage a race at the Shanghai F1 circuit.
現在，我們終於有了一個難得的機會，得以在上海F1賽道籌備比賽。
There are actually two dates available, November 1-2nd and November 22-23rd. In order for us to be able to hold these races, we need to buy us the slots needed into the existing race event, and in order to do that, we must need to have a minimum of 20 bike entries, and we need you to confirm you participation ASAP in about one week's time.
現在不單止是一個賽事, 而是有兩個日期舉辦，分別是11月1－2日和11月22－23日。為了能舉辦這次比賽，我們需要向賽事總主辦方預先訂購時段，將我們的比賽納入現有的4輪賽事中，為此，我們必須有至少20輛車參加比賽。由於時間迫切，請在一星期內，儘快與我們確定您是否參加這次比賽。
Our priority will be placed on compiling enough riders for the first race on November 1st and 2nd, and ONLY if we can confirm that race, then we will also take reservations for the second date.
我們首先考慮要組織足夠的車手參加在11月1－2日舉行的第一場比賽，如果我們可以確定這場比賽，我們將可接受 11月22－23日的比賽報名。
Extra Practice time MIGHT be available on the Thursday and Friday proceeding the race (To be Confirmed). If there is practices time allocated before the race, then Race participants can also rent BG’s bikes and BG will provide track side service. Practice fees have not yet been confirmed, (Approx RMB 300/session) we’ll send you more info once as we know more.
賽事前練習時間有可能可安排在賽事周的星期四和星期五(待定)。如果在比賽前安排有練習時間，租用BG車輛參賽車手可預先租用BG的摩托車，BG亦會提供賽道旁支援。賽道租用時段的費用還沒有確定，大概是RMB300.00/節，我們會在第一時間將最新消息通知您。
This race event is open to anyone with a good track experience and BG will have some of our race prepped bikes for rent! (These will be rented on a first come first serve basis!!) (We have a Kawasaki ZX10R, Kawasaki 636's, Kawasaki ZX6's, Yamaha R6's, Honda CBR600rr's and Suzuki GSXR600)
所有有賽道經驗的車手都可以參加這次比賽，BG有按賽車標準準備好的摩托車，可供車手租用，但採取先到先得規定。
可租用的賽車有川崎ZX10R、川崎ZX636、川崎ZX6R、雅馬哈R6、本田CBR600和鈴木GSXR600。
For current Racers with your own race bike at ZIC, you’ll need to have your bike send back to Hong Kong not later then 18/10/08, BG will arrange for the shipping of your bike from HK to Shanghai SIC and return. Charges for the shipping is as below listed.
在珠海國際賽車場有自已賽車的車手，您的摩托車需要在2008年10月18日以前運回達到香港，BG將安排香港與上海國際賽車場之間的來回運輸，運費可見以下清單。
For Racers who’d a China based bike at ZIC, you’ll need to have your people at ZIC to take your bike out of ZIC and give to BG staff outside the ZIC circuit to prepare the bike for transport from ZH-SH.
如車手在珠海國際賽車場有自巳國內賽車的車手，需要將賽車安排運出ZIC後交給BG員工，BG負責將車運至上海(費用如下列)
If a Rider would like to do only 1 of these 2 races, we’ll still need to store your bike at SIC after the 1st race and ship all bikes back to HK or ZH in one lot, no shipping of individual bikes can be allowed,
If a racer wanted to do both races, BG will have a secure storage place to store your bike at the circuit between the races; you can save money on shipping your bike up twice. (The second race date, you will only have to pay for your race entry fee and bike running costs, etc...)
如果車手只參加2場比賽中的第一場，比賽結束後，我們將把您的賽車放存在上賽，等第二場比賽結束後再一起運回香港或珠海，不單獨運輸車輛。
如果車手參加兩場比賽，BG將提供安全的地方存放賽車，您可以節省2次運輸的費用。參加第二場比賽，您只需要支付報名費和比賽相關費用等。
The race will be classified into 3 categories:
1) 600cc Super stock (600cc and DOT race tires only) ,
2) Open Class 2 : 600cc modified up to 750cc
3) Open Class 1 : 750 - 1000cc and modified 1000cc
Any one who is interested to participate in these events, please reply to us right away, and we will confirm your entry and reserve a bike for you if needed.
If you need to rent safety equipment, please also include the sizes of leathers (if unknown, please let us know your height and weight), helmet size, glove size and boot size.

Race Entry and other costs:
1) Entry Fee RMB 2300/bike/race (RMB 4000 if enter both races)
2) Bike shipping HK-SH Round trip RMB 2500/bike (same price even if enter both races)
3) Bike Transportation : ZH-SH Round Trip RMB 1400/bke (same price even if enter both races)
4) Limited parts and tyres allowed for shipping.
5) Track side support (2 days) RMB 1000 / bike / Race
BG Race Bike Rental Cost
1) Bike rental : RMB 4500/race ( RMB 8600 if you rent for both races)
This price includes the cost of Round Trip transporting of BG’s bike from Zhuhai to the Shanghai F1 circuit
Including 1 set used tyres for practice…
Rental price only for Sat/Sun race days, If renter would like to run Friday practice sessions, regular Bike rental Fee will be charge with additional track ticket charges.
*** Bike Rental DID NOT Include Race Entry fee, Entry fee to be pay separate.

3) New Michelin Race Slick / Dot race tyres at special race Support price of RMB 2200/set
4) Bike rental indemnity rules applied to Bike rented from BG for Racing same terms as Training Courses.
5) Insurance under negotiation with China insurance company
